What I particularly love about those political cartoon to which you linked is that he labels the various "characters," so that there is NO WAY for you to "misinterpret" the cartooonist's meaning. Just like cartoons (http://www.politicalcartoon.co.uk/html/reed.html) in the late-nineteenth century (http://www.authentichistory.com/images/postcivilwar/cartoons/189x_andrew_carnegie_01.html).

Nah, I was thinking of the cartoon at the bottom of the page -- plus all the links to all the other stereotyped cartoons on that page.
