So the whole thing where Bush says "I'm going to say it one more time. In fact, maybe I can be more clear. The instructions went out to our people to adhere to law."

That would be so much more comforting if the infamous memo didn't argue that it's not illegal to torture certain classes of people.

Amen to that.

I'm wondering why it seems so hard to connect the dots here? I only hope the Supereme Court has the guts to uphold the Constitution and rules that those held in Gitmo there are being held against the law.

It scares me that the President of the United States believes himself (and worse, is surrounded by people who apparently agree) to be above the rule of law.

Well, as long as it wasn't any laws of grammar
