Oooog

Last year, when I took a month sabbatical from AV, my body relaxed almost immediately. Relaxed a lot. Like, so much so that I had about zero defense against germs and flu virii.

You'll never guess what happened this time. Cough. Sneeze. Sniffle.

That's odd. Usually I hear that being under stress is what depresses the immune system.

Sorry to hear it in any case. (Mine started Sunday night, the 16th. I'm still having great athletic asthmatic coughing fits.)

It hits me that way, too...

I have no idea why, but while I'm under stress, I run great, and then the moment it is Done or I let up... aaaachoo. Just like after nine months of completely cold-free pregnancy, I *had* to get a lung cold the day before I gave birth to Jet.

Well, at least you can enjoy the reccuperation in leasure.
