Last year, when I took a month sabbatical from AV, my body relaxed almost immediately. Relaxed a lot. Like, so much so that I had about zero defense against germs and flu virii.

You'll never guess what happened this time. Cough. Sneeze. Sniffle.

A dear friend said, yesterday, "You can tell a flu from a cold cause colds are psychological."
