Huh. Perhaps DC has finally noticed what Marvel's doing with their movies. Chris Nolan, director of Memento, has signed to do a Batman film. Course, that doesn't mean it'll happen.

What I want to know...

Is why DC hasn't gone ahead and made movies out of their other characters - I'm not asking for "Wonder Twins The Movie", and I admit that an Aquaman movie would probably come out pretty lame, but why haven't they gotten a Wonder Woman movie out the door? I mean, Marvel has managed to turn DareDevil into a movie. (What's next, Ironman?) Is DC so hung up on Batman that it can't see the movie potential of, say, Flash or the Green Lantern? (And with the Green Lantern, there'd be a good plot-based reason for switching who the main actor is when you do a sequel)

Actually, I was kind of wondering if Marvel would try a Captain-America-versus-Osamma movie, but I guess that's a bit hard to put into production at the right time so as to be timely when it's released.
