How come nobody ever told me about this Brazilian barbecue thing? (Answer: you did, but I did not pay attention.) We did the Midwest Grill tonight, which wasn't superb but which was an awful lot of food. By food I mean meat. Awesome garlic steak, good pork loin, decent lamb, the chicken was a bit dry. Yum.
