Night Shade Books Issues

I've been a big fan of Night Shade Books for a while. I have quite a few of their books, including their excellent Glen Cook collections. Their effort to bring Manly Wade Wellman back into print is also notable. This makes it very sad to hear that they have been acting very poorly lately.(Via Dan Harms.) Liz Williams and Elizabeth Moon are among the writers reporting problems. Night Shade has since made an apologetic statement; Liz Williams followed up with further comments and a link or two.
