Finally, the last of Dear Brother #10 brings us back to Reese Beulay. The focus of the entire session was providing a finale for Danny Greer, whose player was about to move out of town. Brilliant work on Rob’s part, if you ask me.
This entry is my favorite Dear Brother yet.

Mutual Appreciation
Date: 2003-09-08 06:19 am (UTC)Thanks! It was great of you guys to trust me with that rather bizarre session structure. I wasn't 100% sure how it worked in play (Jeremiah said something on the Forge about feeling a little railroaded, didn't he? and I can't say he's wrong - it was certainly more 'single path' than our usual games) but I was pleased with finding a way to resolve (in my mind at least) all the Danny story threads.
This entry is my favorite Dear Brother yet.
I'd be hard pressed to pick a favorite, but this is a great one. For all the fireworks of the Pulp and 1968 sections, the heart of that session was the quiet bookends of Danny with his family and then Danny and Bill in Mexico, and I think you totally nailed that sort of reflective quiet here.
