Ah, the Disney experience:

It’s wholesome! The photo is from the Adventurer’s Club, which is a 1930s pulp-themed bar on Pleasure Island. The gimmick is the actors playing parts, who do skits and shows and songs (see picture) throughout the evening. I spent a lot of time there last week.

Yeah, the Adventurer's Club pretty much hands down rocks. Like I said the other week, my ex-boyfriend and I spent a good portion of our evenings there during our trip as well.

I kinda wish there was an Adventurer's Club in Boston. I'd totally go there for drinks.

I think Disney should be putting Pleasure Islands all over the place, myself.

the whole pleasure island thing is kind of adorable. it's somewhere between pg-13 and r rated, but it's still totally disney.

the adventurer's club was pretty cool.

The high point for me was watching her spend most of her show heckling the gaggle of teen girls in the audience for wearing belly shirts.
