The AG was ready to challenge Harrington in court after Harrington attempted to pull out of a verbal deal Monday; Harrington blinked first.
The AG's big win: he got oversight power over the board of the Yawkey Trust, which gives him a considerable amount of political pull in New England. This is a $420 million dollar trust -- no small potatoes.
