Yeah, that was a foul on Garnett, cause it's not like Smith body blocked him out of the way to get the rebound or anything.

Dude, almost everyone was predicting a sweep. The games shouldn't be close enough in the 4th where bad officiating matters.

No, they shouldn't, and I'm not blaming the losses on the officiating. But I'm still mightily pissed off about it.

I think it's legit to bitch about NBA officiating a bit; I think probably the officiating has been just as bad in the other direction in the Garden. Still and all, it's painful for a fan to watch.

I find most NBA officiating - and most basketball officiating in general - is wildly inconsistent. Then again, if you want real fun, watch the pitchtracker stuff on MLB.com versus the called balls and strikes sometime. It's an education :-)

Worst call I've seen all year, though was the ref's refusal to stop play after one of the Flyers took a slapshot to the equipment bag in game one against Washington. That's just not right...

Not a bad call, but I was at the Bruins game where Bergeron went down. Most painful thing I've ever seen.
