The only thing I like about this building (doesn't talk about it much in this video) is that there are VAWTs tucked in between each floor. Supposedly, the 78 story one in Dubai (future plans are for Moscow and NYC) will generate a minimum of 40 MW of energy. It would be nice to just pump all that energy back on to the grid rather than wasting half of it on moving the damn floors around.
