I'd be worried that grease pencil stuff is toxic, or at the very least, Not That Great An Idea To Ingest.

Cute, but plates without rims seem like they'd be very messy in actual use.

Using gumdrops or M&Ms as legions of orcs has a long and noble tradition (and very high casualty rates).
