At MTV's Rock the Vote event, Howard Dean told the audience there are two bills in Congress to reinstate the draft. "If you want a draft, vote for George Bush!"

Heh, yeah. It's just irrelevant. I'm more interested in the other stuff that's happening in that space -- calling up inactives, etc. Get people worrying about things that are real.

And "If you want (bad thing X), vote for Bush" is a pale shadow of Clinton's speech last night. Though Dean's may have been delivered before Clinton's? But even so.
