I have all but one episode of season 2 if you need em.

The problem with a BSG badass list is it would go:

I think that BSG has just the right bad-ass to non-bad-ass ratio (75/25?) to be perfect for a weekly bad-ass ranking. :)

As David Brancaccio used to say, let's do the numbers.

Bill Adama. Okay, I can see this one. Except his action at the end of season 2 is such a big negative in the badass column he'll need to overcome it by, I dunno, riding a planet buster bomb to the surface of the Cylon homeworld while waving around a cowboy hat and shouting YEE-HAW!
Lee Adama. Whiny bitch. Next!
Roslin. Never bought her as a badass. More of a conciliator.
Sharon. Used to be kind of badass, now just stands around and cries a lot.
Six. Except for the one scene where she's beating the HELL out of Sharon, not her style.
Helo. Whiny bitch. Next?
Chief. Potential badass, but whined his way through most of the last 2 seasons so the jury is out.
Cally. Pretty badass in the prison episode, but that was an exception.
Billy. HA! Next.
Baltar. uh, no.
Dee. Maybe
Gaeta. smarmy little fuck
Zarek. Are we counting guest stars? Because he might count if he ever actually did anything.

Flight of the Pheonix, where they try to build a new fighter. Tivo ate it and the damn episode just isn't out there on BT. It's maddening.

I highly advise it. I'm a tough sell on most contemporary serial TV series, and for the time it takes to invest in them properly. BSG is worth it.

I've watched season one and a bit of the season 2 set. It's good, it's just a timing thing.

Having seen the first two or three episodes and the LAST episode of season 2, I'm aching to fill in the gaps. And I can't wait for season 3. This might join Lost as "the only show I try to watch when it's, y'know, on."
