Me, DPS warrior, tank warrior, feral druid, and a holy priest in Ramparts. DPS warrior: "hey, let's alternate tank! I'll taunt! Can I use two weapons? Do you have bacon? My crits are so big! I just executed for 3K!"

These are all direct quotes, mostly delivered while the DPS warrior is wandering around randomly attacking the wrong target and breaking saps. Meanwhile, the feral druid is wearing two pieces of healing gear just in case he needs to drop out and heal, and doing all of a third of the damage that the tank is doing. Did I mention that the DPS warrior had Fiery Blaze on his Shadowrend Longblade?

We get to Gargolmar. Our DPS warrior continues to burble about how much fun it'll be to "alternate tank" the boss. Tank: "No." Me and the priest: "No." DPS warrior: "Gosh dang!" (Really, direct quote.) "Why do you all side with Tank?"

The DPS warrior digs into Gargolmar. Tank: "kill the healers." DPS warrior: "nah, they're good, they don't need help." We (well, I) kill the healers. The druid is off lagging into a wall or something. I go help finish off Gargolmar. Death occurs. A sword drops. Tank: "See you!" and heads for the entrance. DPS warrior: "Huh?" Me, to myself: "Hm, nice sword, do I trust these guys not to ninja?"

To the group: "Hey, anyone else want the sword?" DPS warrior: "Nah, you take." I hit greed. Druid: /roll, "You should have waited." Me: "DRUIDS CAN'T USE SWORDS."

Private apology to the priest, who was pretty good, and I bail. Net winnings: one funny story and a sword.

At least you got something out of it..and the story is probably worth it.

As a tank or healer in said pug, you get a choice...on whether to teach him a lesson by not taunting/healing him on non-critcal fights. Sometimes they learn, sometimes they quit.

On the other hand, he's a dps warrior that didn't lose his ability to tank when he spec'd for dps. I guess at 70 sometimes they magically disappear and you have to tell everyone 'I'm dps" when they ask about tanks.

You could actually use a Shadowrend Longblade? Huh.

...but yeah. That's classic PUG right there. Classic.

I still can't figure out who you were with. I'm guessing Const.

Bacon?

So a DPS warrior, tank warrior, feral druid, and a holy priest walk into a bar...

Hmm. I understand the dps warrior was pretty terrible, but how was he breaking saps if there was no rogue?

as told from the rogue's PoV

The rogue is telling the story.

(Took me a bit to figure that out too.)
