bryantDreamHost is giving away free application hosting. I don't know much about their service other than that they've been around a little while and they're fairly transparent about business operations. Quality? I dunno.
However, free! And you get a wiki, a Wordpress blog, a photo gallery, Drupal, and a bunch of other stuff.
