Nothing can remove that shame.

And yeah, I thought about entering this but honestly I never followed much after 1989 or so.

I started the first collection of short stories after the two trilogies, was shocked by the decline in quality, and never went back. That said, I was still a big fan, and had fond memories.

And then I reread them a couple of years ago, in preparation for the animated movie (oy!). It doesn't hold up well from when I was a teenager.
