Oh, okay. Having googled the names as a group I see this is mapping the characters from Criminal Minds to Shadowrun classes. I don't watch the show, though I hear lately on the internets that CBS hates women and sucks re: Criminal Minds, which I'm willing to believe. Carry on.

CBS is mindbendingly dumb at the moment. Given the argument that they have to drop 1.5 people due to budget cuts, you drop Rossi, cause Joe Mantegna is making 1.5 times as much as anyone else on that show. (Note: wild speculation, but he did come in on short notice to replace Mandy Patinkin, so he can't be cheap.) I like Mantegna a lot, but he is less essential to the show's dynamic.
