In no particular order. Nor is it comprehensive.

  • A Nobilis game set in the quasi-extropian future, as epitomized by the writings of Charlie Stross, recent Bruce Sterling, and Ken MacLeod. Not Greg Egan; that's too far out to the cutting edge. I like reading Egan, I just don't want to play in his world.

  • An emergent superheros game set in the early Renaissance; the key source material here would be Dorothy Dunnett's House of Niccolo series. No particular rules system in mind here.

  • Straight-up Adventure! pulp.

  • An Unknown Armies game set in an indie wrestling federation. The possibilities are endless. Pro wrestling is all about lying; the last refuge of the cryptomancers? Risks, for the entropomancers. Travel. Sleaze. Danger. I have some of a setting written for this, but I'd rather play in it than write it.

  • Over the Edge. I'd say "straight-up," but, well, you know.

This entire post may have been an excuse to use the <cite> tag. I get smug whenever I use that tag. I would be willing to bet real money that it's the least used HTML tag on the Web.

Wow... I didn't think anyone else played Habet Hoc Habet. Although I haven't had time to finish my team composed entirely of great apes yet... only one is painted.
